first they will take normal aptitude test (maths, logical reasoning,etc,.). then they will give you case study on merger and acquisition .both test were easy . but the thing is you will never get a call no matter how brilliantly you solve it. and when you call back to them to ask about result they will say you no we have not even checked the test papers yet , once we check it ,you will get a call.
I don't wants wrong with that company's hr team . and then they will have again again same opening for same profiles whole year .. and they call candidates and do this kind of timepass. that's it ..

Initial test and then they ask u to give a online test of maths reasoning then a case study on m&a its simple but don't know why they never call maybe I have more then 5 years exp so they idnt call as they wanted fresher highly disorganized

first you have to give paper pencil test after that case study round . paper pencil test was easy , questions related to basic grammer and logical reasonning. In online case study round, they give you foreign company mereger and acuisition casestudy . read case study carefully and write answers in Excel sheet . brush up ratio and merger and acuisition related basic things , this will help you to solve case study.once you clear aptitude test and case study round you get call from company for further rounds.
