It was really easy. Sat down with my boss and just talked. He was super chill about the whole thing. I basically already had the position. They put me through training after the initial interview, and gave me the final interview about 2 months later. I officially got the position and the pay about a month later. Took 3 months total.

Application process is simple. Applied online and was called for interview in few days. Simple and easy process. Had direct interview with the manager. Asked for availability. After the interview she said will let me know in few days.

The final candidates have an interview with Store manager.
Both interviews have different difficulty level and different set of questions.

Question 1
If a customer is disappointed by the service provided by a cashier and becomes angry about it. How would you handle the situation?
You will be asked just simple behavioral questions that are situation based. Any previous experience will help a lot to navigate through the process. Confidence and positive attitude is required.
