Make sure to look your manager in the face when they do the 2nd interview and be honest most APM's are wicklander trained and will know if your uneasy or flat out lying body language goes along way. If you don't understand a question ask for it to be repeated. Once the interview is over don't be Afraid to ask your own questions take intuitive.

The interview process was thorough, personable, and very beneficial. A lot of questions were asked and my interviewed allowed me to ask questions to ensure the right fit. Lasted about 1 hour.

I arrived to my interview 15 minutes before and it took about 25-30 minutes. Interview was only 4 questions. Make sure you use the STAR method and should have no problem during the interview process.

1 round interview , basic questions about experience and testing the communication skills. make resume relevant to the keywords in the JD, no background verification required. most probably they hire and retain it for a longer period of time.
