I have a group session with other 3 candidates for other positions. each of us have 3 minutes interviews with 3 different managers of important areas in the store. All the questions in the interview were customer-centered.

Very calm basic questions like describe your self or tell me about your self and other usual questions like tell me about a time you were a part of a team.

easy going; standard interview questions; if you are a student they want to know if you are just working for the summer or will work during school; search up interview prep questions and answers for walmart and you should be fine!

Entretien
It was simple and easy, Since they were looking for people immediately, they did not ask much. Walmart staffs were also super friendly and they offered me coffee. I am happy that I got the job
