Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Walmart en août 2011
Entretien
I got a call from Walmart... and right away they started asking me questions. Nothing too hard quick situations and such. Then i was called in to a group interview a couple of days later. They had about 4-5 other candidates in the same room as well as 5 managers who kept leaving and entering. They got us to do a bunch of different activities as a group to see how well we worked and thought together as a team.
Then they had a weird 1:1 process. i say weird because it wasnt ur typical interview. They 10 seats in 2 rows facing each other, 5 on each side. we the candidates sat on one side and the managers sat on the other. Each manager had a couple of questions they wud ask us.... then someone wud call out switch adn the managers wud move one seat down and we wud be interviewed by the next manager. It wasnt too hard... and basically if u get called in to the interview u pretty much got the job. i knew i had an offer from sportchek, so i really didnt care about what i said in the interview, and i was still offered a job a few days later.
I politely declined, by saying tht i was not interested at tht moment. Interestingly they called me a month later saying they had another job for me... my mom picked up and said i had a job already and they never called me after that.
Overall they try to make the interview interactive and engaing.... but i found it a tad too much.... but overall good experience.
There was a lot of questions but overall it went pretty decent. They were your standard interview questions. I am happy with the outcome but maybe I could do better next time.
Solid and very well informative process. It was straightforward and well put together. I really enjoyed the people that I interacted with and ultimately chose another route due to time constraints.
The interview was brief but straight forward. I interviewed with someone and was done within 15 minutes. They asked a few questions about myself and past job experience. Then I progressed to the next steps in the hiring process. The next steps where orientation.
