I was told to meet in HR and then I waited outside for 15 minutes. They only asked me one question and then hired me on the spot. I started Pathways two days later.

Very simple and straight to the point. Management asks basic get to know you questions but truly wants to know if you are reliable and dependable. They want to ensure you will show up to work.

The interview process was straightforward and simple. I have yet to experience on boarding, but will update when completed.
