Group selection interview with 4 candidates (smaller walmart).
We were individually interviewed by three different assistant managers and were asked scenario questions. (No "why do you want to work here?" Or "why should we hire you".)
Straight forward scenario questions. Was called back the next day for a job offer and to sit down with the store manager. Nice guy.

Greeted Nicely, I've been able to introduce my experience in my previous job. Very Friendly, Lots of respect as a foreign worker, Very considerable despite challenges on your availability. Very understanding.
They called me in, the interview was quick and easy. It felt like a conversation. I was told when orientation would be before I even got the job. I had a background check started and the interview was over.
