Simple situational questions, like name a time when you went out your way to help someone, it can be anything at all they arr just trying to see if you will be able to do the same for the customer. Even if you have not experienced the situation make something up think about what you have seen someone do, or something on tt.v that relates. If you get a drug test paper YOU ARE HIRED , PERIOD.

What was a time when you went out of your way to help someone?
it was okay. not too long. normal interview question. applied online. got a call. in person interview. waited 2 days then got an offer and waited i bit longer to start the orientation as they are getting more people.
Very chill and laidback. I did not have a a problem answering any questions that were asked by the hiring manager. I would do it again if I was offered another interview by the company.
