for me it was asked to apply along with 6 other applicants,in front of the store manager. asked 5 questions(leadership quality, describe a time questions and why should i hire you for this position?

It was fun and friendly and we were all excited to be opening another Walmart !! I met my management team and was asked specific questions about my capabilities. Retail is all about service and my recommendations from each past employer were glowing. I am very personable and I love my career in retail. I was and am still VERY excited to be employed and part of Walmart !!!
