J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Walmart (Ann Arbor, MI) en sept. 2012
Entretien
Quick interview with NO technical/coding questions despite the internship for software team. Asked very general questions about problem solving, views on planning, etc. One of the most painless interviews I've had although it is worrisome that a company interviewing for a tech position does not ask coding questions. Overall, Walmart is not very prestigious for a CS major at a good school but it seems they are expanding fast and have the right direction.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
None were "hard" but I guess "what are your interests in technology" since it was so open ended and they actually have a correct answer because they want you to fit their very specific needs.
The interview process for the Walmart internship was organized and straightforward. Recruiters were professional, asked clear behavioral and situational questions, and communicated next steps promptly, making the experience stress-free and informative.

It was pretty normal. I wouldn’t say it was any different than other interviews I’ve had with other potential employers. Some of the questions were hard, but some of them were really simple. I wondered how many people they were interviewing.

Conversational, interviewed by 2 people. All questions had a negative spin to them, so be sure to practice the STAR method and concluding on a positive takeaway. From what I remember, there were 5-6 questions in total.
