You have to apply online and take an assessment. You need to tell them what they want to hear. An example question is "You are dealing with a very rude customer over the price of an item. You have been told by management that you can over-ride the price of the item to match the price on the shelf. What do you do?" You then get to pick 1 of 4 choices. Examples are 1. Yell back at the customer 2. apologize for the error and continue checking out the customer 3. Ignore the customer 4. Over-ride the price, smile, and apologize for the inconvenience. Notice answers 2 and 4 are similar but 4 is the right answer. If you pass the assessment you will get a phone call for an interview. Be prepared to take a drug test. Many times if you do well in the first interview they give you the 2nd one on the spot then hire you. You then go on to do a drug test and background check. Be honest on the background check because if they find one little thing they will dig through your entire background. The did this with me but since I was honest I got hired.

There was a lot of questions but overall it went pretty decent. They were your standard interview questions. I am happy with the outcome but maybe I could do better next time.
Solid and very well informative process. It was straightforward and well put together. I really enjoyed the people that I interacted with and ultimately chose another route due to time constraints.
