When reviewing applications, if you don't have completely open availability, you will be avoided, not professional at all, questions asked are ridiculous, and if you have ever worked for the company before, you better hope they took you out of the system under the right reason code or you will not be reconsidered.

Depends on the Market/Region, but usually a phone interview. It also varies on timeframe for which they want to fill the position. Some move very quickly.. others take their time in responding.

Entretien
Very straight forward and abrupt. Questions about experience, background, situational awareness. It seemed like a decent job to have. Overall didn't seem to hard to fulfill so long as you have management experience.
