The assistant manager for the department interviewed me, he was really quiet so I couldn't tell if I was doing okay. He asked me questions about what I would do in specific scenarios, which was tough for me since this was my first job. I felt like I answered poorly but they still offered me the position.

Its very easy, just basic questions. One should know there strengths and be a good communicator. They will ask about your availability, communication style and how you resolve issues and work ethics
applied online. phone call from manager who asks few questions on the phone then invites to irl interview then ask few more questions then phone call few days later to offer job.
Automated video interview, answer questions with a prompt. The questions are all basic questions that would typically be asked in a hiring recruiter screen. Didn’t seem very difficult and was very straight forward to complete.
