through zoom audio, which helped me save driving time. If not, I had to drive about 8 hrs to get there. Let me know the interview time 1 week prior interview. 2 recruiters asked couple questions such as why walmart? describe some situation? how enhance customer service?

30 Minute pre-screen call followed by interview with recruiter and district manager(s)
Pre-screen call was straight forward questions getting to know you and your background. Why Walmart, some questions about your ideals and work ethic.
I am awaiting the second phase and will update this post.
Very informative about the company's history and general purpose/direction. They asked questions regarding where I wanted to be in a few years within the company. They also wanted to know if I see myself in more of a leadership role.
