Spent a lot of time waiting around to get interviewed. I was interviewed by two people. The interview question is basically the same question reworded. Given X situation, how did you adjust to a challenge or change? What steps did you take?

Took a test on a computer at the store and passed then I was called in for an interview by someone in HR and passed that and then I was hired. Pretty easy process.
