Phoene interview with HR associate lasted about 30 minutes. She covered Wal-marts competences and asked for me to give an example of how these fell into certain circumstances during my career and how i dealt with them. I was then scheduled for a sit down interview.

Describe a time that you were reviewing financial statements and found an error. What did you do to correct the error?
Interesting and very easy. Was not interested because was looking for more of a challenge and wanted to pursue a career with better growth opportunities. Great company with great benefits however

Overall it was good, But it seemed like some persons are already decided before interview. Eventually I decided to let go of the offer and got better offer from different company

Easy and fun and long two people interviewed me at a McDonald’s found out a week later that I got it and went to training and got paid for gas for traveling
