I applied online and had to do an assessment. Then I got an email saying I have been selected for an interview and I was able to pick the timing I wanted. I was directly interview by the department manager and he asked me a few strong questions. I did good and got the job offer the same day.

Pretty simple interview with basic questions. I Applied online and then received a call to schedule an interview and was hired within three days. Basic questions like tell me about yourself, problem solving, ability to perform the job, and customer service experience.

A brief interview asking both behavioral style and hypothetical questions. Overall I feel it was an average interview requiring minimal prep. Nothing too difficult and a fine interview overall. As long as you present yourself as personable you should be fine.
