Entretien
I got a call a year after submitting an application....kind of crazy, but they called at just the right time.
The day after the phone call I had an interview. There were three different department managers, each with about two questions for me. It was very easy, no complicated questions, and took less than 10 minutes. At the end of the interview I was asked which position I thought would suit me and they informed me of their pay level system. The next day I got a phone call to return for a second interview. This time it was one person, the assistant store manager...she asked me a few very simple questions, was very polite, and said that most likely I would have the job. The next day I was hired and the following week I came in for orientation/first day of the job.

One on one interview with an assistant manager. Half the interview was a question and answer format, the other half was completing a written questionnaire. The total time involved was approximately 30 minutes.

Question 1
Describe a time when you had to resolve a conflict with a teammate.
They just handed us availability sheets. It was during a prime covid time so they did not take a significant amount of time asking us questions. It wasn't difficult and I was hired and working within a week of the invitation for an interview.

They called me and just asked if I could tell them about myself and had me list any experience I had, and then they said I had the job. It was a very oddly simple process.
