Second Interview: Different Situation based questions first then related to that some technical questions.

Entretien
Two interviews were conducted. First interview was with the HR manager and AGM. Conducted over the phone. Four questions were asked requiring the STAR interview technique. Second interview was in person with the GM for the Distribution Center. Same STAR technique with four more question preceded and followed with open discussion about past experiences and future goals.

Entretien
Everything is done over the computer. Interviews are done over phone. Dont actually meet anyone until you are brought in to do pre-employment. Interview is not very personal. Need to do interviews in person not over the phone
