I applied online, interviewed for it, and got a call about a week later. It is helpful if you know someone who has a job there. The interview itself was with the store manager, an assistant manager and a CSM. It may have been separated into 2 different interviews if the store manager isn't present.

Very free form questions, they ask to describe your experiences rather then asking what you would do in a situation. Can be difficult if your are not prepared or are bad at lying.

Easy to accomplish and not very difficult. Seemed if you used common sense you’ll be okay. Just be yourself and go in there prepared. Good luck! I didn’t get an offer but I was fine with that.
Fairly easy. Multiple rounds. Just have positive attitude. They’ll do an initial round. And then you meet with 2 other supervisors on 2 different occasions. They just want to make sure you will be friendly to customers and be able to listen and follow directions
The interview was fine but you definitely get the big box store vibe. It was a bit rushed through, I could tell the manager was going through the motions but I also don’t necessarily expect anything more.
