J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Walmart (Coquitlam, BC) en mars 2018
Entretien
It was a group interview, pretty relaxed. We all (6 people) took turns answering the few questions asked. It didn't feel like there was a wrong answer, though. More like they wanted to see if we understood the question/were able to respond, and if we had a positive attitude. Then we were given a hands on timed task to do that described our personality. It would have been fun if I wasn't so stressed out, but I was able to complete the task no problem.

Question 1
I don't remember the questions anymore verbatim, but the hands on task we were given was to go to the salesfloor and pick out a product in 5 mins that we felt captured our personality or some part of our personality in some way. I don't remember the exact words, but that was the gist.
J'ai postulé en personne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Walmart (Windsor, ON) en sept. 2025
Entretien
Easy straight forward, very chill interview no pressure kinda situation. Very friendly but for the position it was expected since it’s a starter position at the store, assuming future rolls will have a more intensive interview
The recent interview was an experience. It involved typical exchanges and standard procedures, covering various aspects. The overall process concluded as anticipated, providing general insights into the role's characteristics and expectations. The discussion was straightforward, touching upon customary points without delving into specifics.

Question 1
How do you approach assisting customers while also maintaining store security and a welcoming environment?
Interview process was exceptionally short and to the point. It was only a series of maybe 5 or 6 questions, preceded by work history questions (which were fairly straight forward).
