Interview process situation based. Took 2 months overall process to be hired. Approval needed by Regional but did not do interview with him. Interviewed with HR Manager first one on one and then 2nd interview done by Market Manager.

Timing was atrocious taking well over four months to complete, and even then had to seek out results and feedback. Made it to final two candidates, but seemingly had to pull the process along.
