I filled out an application online and about a week later I received an offer over the phone for third shift maintenance however when it was discovered that I had no relevant experience I was turned down. About a week later on a Monday I received a call to come in for an interview that afternoon. I accepted the offer and was greeted by the store manager. I would receive 4 interviews over the course of about an hour (mostly due to waiting because the store is generally quite busy). The reason for the series of interviews was that they originally were going to put me in the meat department but agreed that electronics sales associate would be my position after interviewing me and offered me the job on the spot. Everyone who I spoke to during the interview process were very pleasant to interact with.
