Interview was super quick, literally only asked two questions and I was hired that same day which was a bit suspicious, but I worked there for a good amount of time.

Very simple and straight to the point. Management asks basic get to know you questions but truly wants to know if you are reliable and dependable. They want to ensure you will show up to work.
