Three person panel interview composed of salaried management personnel for the first interview. The second interview was with a store manager and a job offer was offered. The interviews lasted between 15 and 30 minutes each. My questions were pretty generic. You can find similar interview questions by researching interview questions on google.

The interview process was thorough, personable, and very beneficial. A lot of questions were asked and my interviewed allowed me to ask questions to ensure the right fit. Lasted about 1 hour.

I arrived to my interview 15 minutes before and it took about 25-30 minutes. Interview was only 4 questions. Make sure you use the STAR method and should have no problem during the interview process.

1 round interview , basic questions about experience and testing the communication skills. make resume relevant to the keywords in the JD, no background verification required. most probably they hire and retain it for a longer period of time.
