Fairly easy, took a call them went in for an interview in which i was asked questions about my previous work experience. They offered me 2 positions at the time and i went with whichever was the best fit for me

Easy, it was like one question that was related to my customer service experience and knowledge. Basically, it was confirming that you are a functioning human capable of helping customers.
