The pharmacist and store manager will each interview you together for approximately thirty minutes. They ask four questions each about situations that you have overcame in your past. They ask you how you resolve customer complaints. They even have you describe a scenario of the time when you had difficulty communicating with a patient and what did you do to resolve the issue.
