It's an 8 hour event where you get application from other stores from multiple districts. You get parted into groups and go through table talk about certain topics. Then your personal panel interview with 2 or more people. Lunch is provided. You have to talk to other applicants. They want to see how well you network. Be friendly and participate in everything. Be confident

Interesting and very easy. Was not interested because was looking for more of a challenge and wanted to pursue a career with better growth opportunities. Great company with great benefits however

Overall it was good, But it seemed like some persons are already decided before interview. Eventually I decided to let go of the offer and got better offer from different company

Easy and fun and long two people interviewed me at a McDonald’s found out a week later that I got it and went to training and got paid for gas for traveling
