I was part of a panel phone interview. I never actually saw anyone in person before being hired. It was weird. However, I did make an attempt to meet the store manager of my Walmart beforehand. Without success I must say. Anyway, I’m happy there is a rigorous training process.
Situational based questions trying to get at how you would react to different scenarios. Best to answer honestly and show you have had challenges that needed to be overcome and the steps taken.
