The interview process was pretty typical for this kind of establishment. Since I had applied for an associate level position the interview ended up being pretty barebones and basic. I was not asked too many questions. All the questions that were asked could be answered in ten words or less

Automated video interview, answer questions with a prompt. The questions are all basic questions that would typically be asked in a hiring recruiter screen. Didn’t seem very difficult and was very straight forward to complete.
It was pretty standard for the industry. I was asked about my prior experience, current goals, and opportunity for upward mobility at the specific store and at the broader organization.
