Entretien
I was called in and had an interview with a department manager, apparently any department manager can interview you. He only asked me basic questions that you do on the assessment in the application process. I was called back in a couple days for a second interview where the actual grocery manager asked me if I could handle the day to day activities. After two more days I was called in for a drug test, after that went through and my reference and background check did as well, I was hired in.

Give an example of when you made a compromise for a previous employee.
There was a lot of questions but overall it went pretty decent. They were your standard interview questions. I am happy with the outcome but maybe I could do better next time.
Solid and very well informative process. It was straightforward and well put together. I really enjoyed the people that I interacted with and ultimately chose another route due to time constraints.
The interview was brief but straight forward. I interviewed with someone and was done within 15 minutes. They asked a few questions about myself and past job experience. Then I progressed to the next steps in the hiring process. The next steps where orientation.
