Applied on the company website for the role at Disney streaming service and got HR screening call a week after. Scheduled a virtual tech screening (mainly SQL) a week after. After passing the tech screening, the final round has 4 virtual one to one interviews with hiring manager, lead analyst, sr analyst, and product manager. They also tested your statistics knowledge by giving sample data and asking for business recommendations.

how would you use data analytics to enhance customer experience on disney+?
I was not able to clear the screening round. The interview in itself was average. The recruiter had reached out to me on LinkedIn. Would have been a good experience to have reached the interview stage atleast for the experience.

1. HR Screener: Typical questions to see if you’re a good fit (why interested in this role, why are you a good candidate, salary expectations, etc)
2. SQL Test: Email link for a proctored online SQL test (so your screen is recorded & it checks if you copy/paste at all)
3. Case Study: Provided with a csv containing sample data related to the team’s responsibilities and a prompt to create a deck with your insights and present to 3 interviewers, followed by q&a and some behavioral interview questions.
4. Final Interview: Behavioral & work experience-related questions from 2 interviewers including higher manager.
