Recruiter contacted me promptly via linked in, some back and forth to schedule the actual interview but otherwise great to work with. Came in for a 3 hour interview that involved meeting with a Sr. Director who spent a great deal of time explaining structure and process in detail, left little time to dig into my background but did allow ample time to ask additional questions. Next I met with 2 more junior level recruiters, the first made a slightly impolite comment about my education which seemed to be difficult for her recover from, otherwise asked some basic interview questions, the next recruiter asked the same exact questions in the same order, which seemed like a waste of time and resources. Post-interview we mutually agreed it was not a right fit at this time. I've since been approached by multiple agencies in the area for similar roles within Wayfair that I have also declined.

These were panel interviews with multiple level 3 managers in the org including a case study. these interviews are one on one and span multiple 30 minute meetings throughout the day. There was a phone screen with your recruiter and the manager you would report to before this.

The Recruiter called me on the phone. She was super rude and disinterested. Inbetween the interview she kept my call on loud speaker and I heard she and her other collegue laughing. I will never apply for Wayfair again and have told many others in my network about my experienced with the company. They are know to either reschelde your interview or to have to take there rasist attitude.
