It was a standard 30 minute phone interview for the Business Associate role with two Wayfair team members 2 months after submitting application. They mostly asked behavioral questions, why I was interested in Wayfair and the position, if I was willing to relocate, etc

Tell me about a time you had a conflict with a superior and how you handled it.
What three words would your supervisor use to describe you?
It was an easy interview with a first round phone screen and then an in-person second round interview. The second round consisted of a 45-minute behavioral interview and 45-minute case study. The HR department is TERRIBLE in emailing back in regards to the position. I attempted to follow up numerous times and they never would respond to my emails telling me if I got the position or not. This happened to me twice with this company with different roles.
