Interview process: recruiter call, technical case study, on-site interview over two days consisting of 2 case studies, live coding (python), and 1 behavioral round. I appreciate that the topic of the technical case study (product matching at Wayfair) was communicated to me by the recruiter in advance so I had time to prepare (by reading the Wayfair DS blog for instance). However, the rest of the interview process was quite disorganized. After each step, the recruiter said they would get back to me within 48 hours with the next scheduled interview, but it always took 4-5 days instead. They also said the on-site interviews would consist of 1 coding, 1 case study, and two behavioral rounds, but it turned out to be 1 coding, 2 case studies, and 1 behavioral round. After the on-site, it took 2 weeks to get the results (with essentially no feedback).
