Interviewed w/recruiter back on March 28. Once the recruiter did the math and realized I was over 40 I was not longer a viable candidate. This is not the first time I felt discriminated against during the recruitment process at Wayfair. The turnover is noticeable in this role, because recruitment hires head-nodders.
