Very long and repeatitive interviews with 6 interviewers. All asking similar questions which slow down the hiring procedures and creating a bad experience to the interviewees. The whole process took several months

Tell me about yourself Describe a challenge you faced and how you tackle the problem
The interview process involved a case study interview and several situational interviews, totaling about 5 interviews. The scheduling was efficient, and the entire process took about 1.5 months to complete.
4 rounds of interview (HR interview, Hiring Manager, 30 mins Case interview , 3 rounds of back to back interviews from 3 different leaders from cross functional teams) Hiring managers + last round of interviews consist of all behaviorist interview questions while the case interview mostly will test your critical thinking and communication skilll
