Responded to an agency ad for a 12 month contract position. Without a phone screen, I was selected for an on-site interview with the hiring manager. She spent about a half hour telling me their history and plans as well as a bit about the work environment. I was surprised when she asked if I had any questions because I could not recall being asked anything about my skills or experience. Very disappointed that I wasted my time but looking at contractor reviews, it may have been a blessing in disguise.
