Your interview is with two hiring managers and another interviewee. One person sits in the driver seat while the other sits passenger and the managers in the back. The one driving is answering questions given by the hiring managers (basically talking) while following driving directions given by the passenger. Its the easier portion of the interview, just make sure you are driving impeccable and abiding by all rules of the rode (using signal, checking speed limit, stopping at red lights on a right turn). The person sitting passenger is giving directions from google maps while its on silent, and evaluating the driver + car by typing observations on a laptop, while also answering some questions from the managers (i found this to be the harder aspect, as its multitasking x3). You drive to a destination of their choice and then switch places and the other interviewee drives back. Takes about an hour total. You have to back the vehicle into a spot ( but the vehicles have back up cameras)
