Easily the worst single interview I've ever had. A recruiter reached out to me through LinkedIn to set up a phone screen. About halfway through the initial call, it became clear to both of us that one of the biggest elements of the position involved a skillset I wasn't passionate about developing further. Before she cut the call short (which I should have done sooner) the recruiter snippily told me that my lack of interest in that component of the job was unusual and "not what I usually see in people hoping to advance in their careers." She had a few other snide comments about my career trajectory with my current employer. I had no interest in moving forward with a company with such little respect for its prospects, so it felt right for the interview process to end where it did.
