I went in to talk to a Team Leader and VP of the Broker division. Very casual and nonchalant tone. Hired on the spot, took a drug test, passed and then was on my way.

i had 2 phone interviews and then an office visit. i was sat in a chair in the room where i could watch an asssociate work in his daily duties for an hour. i then went back to talking about what i observed with the hiring manager. i met 2 supervisors before interviewing with him
