HR told she will inform in two days, afterwards i got a call to upload the document in the portal, they told once BGV is done they will release the offer letter. i waited for one week and i got a call from hiring team that they will be released the offer letter they want some documents, all documents were uploaded in the portal so there was no issue, same day afternoon i got call saying that the current opening is for Junior position you comes under lead position once we have vacancy we will call you. I am surprised what the heal they were doing from the date of profile short least till document upload, are they playing with the candidates.
