I was contacted through a job website, had 2 technical interviews, and 1 with HR. Being on another country all the interviews where by phone They confirmed my data with my previous employer and asked for documents.

HR scheduled the interview over the online meeting platform. Interview took 30 mis when they will ask all technical questions. and few scenario based question. If you well prepared technically, IT is easy enough to crack the interview.

It was smooth and good, but it took a lot of time for announcing the result. There were3 rounds of interviews, L1, L2 and L3. In L3 they didn't ask about much about DBA.
