HR Contacted me through naukri.com for Opening of Automation Test Engineer position. In first mail JD was written as Core Java, Automation Experience with Selenium. Later when I got Confirmation mail for F2F Interview JD was updated to writing test framework using Protractor with JavaScript/ Typescript. I had previous work experience of working with Python Unit Test framework. I had prepared for Selenium WebDriver and Core Java for this Interview. When I reached there I came to know it was more of a Walk In type. Interviewer was in his mid 40. He took my resume and asked to brief me about myself. As I had no working experience of Java with Selenium he asked only one question and told me "we are looking for someone who has worked in Selenium Java Automation framework from Scratch. So I don't think your profile will suite this position and handed me my resume back" Advise to HR Department: Please discuss with your technical team about opening rather than simply calling out people and then not taking interview.

Even after getting selected and submitting documents, they ghost you without any further information or negotiation. Few HRs here are very rude and do not have even basic human values. They spoil the brand value with their behavior.
