J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Wipro (Noida) en déc. 2010
Entretien
It was a campus hire, so the communication was carried out by the placement cell. But, the highly disorganized method of interviews by Wipro should have raised a red flag. what was supposed to be two days, became eight days of interviews. And the final interviews were taken at 12 -1 in the night. Highly unprofessional, and would have a detrimental effect on the student who was sitting there since 8AM.

Question 1
As it was a campus interview, there wasn't any difficult question. But there sure was a lack of knowledge when we asked about the joining dates.
There were 3 rounds.
1) Technical OA : 2 Dsa coding questions were asked in this round. And some MCQs were there
2) Communication round
3) Hr interview + Technical interview
It was a online interview process they did not ask much only simple data structures questions was asked and then they were more interested about self assessment rest the interview was smooth going
