Telephone interview - it was hard to understand the technical questions - the interviewer was an Indian born person - working in Sunbury, and maybe that was their preference and they just were interviewing me as a token UK person. Well - I didn't get the job even though I have 15-20 years VBA experience.

Some of the technical questions were quite obscure - I'm not sure anyone actually uses the Excel CHOOSE function. Other Excel VBA questions were hard to understand what the interviewer was actually asking.
