There did not appear to be any consistency in the job description for any of the four persons that I did a phone interview with. Not very professional dialogue and thick accents made it difficult to engage with interviewers. Several of my questions were not easily answered and in some cases not answered at all.

Good process with three levels of interview L1 technical, L2 technical + managerial and then HR discussion. The role was for a Java Developer with SBI client. The question difficulty was easy to moderate.

Entretien
Interview process was very smooth, there were four rounds, first two rounds were technical and the third round was client round. Last one was HR discussion. Interviewers were very nice, they were very clear about what they need from you.
