Entretien
Had 4 levels of interview with one in person and 1 with a VP HR. The initial screening was done by the hiring manager. The negotiation and offer was a win win and amicably closed. On the whole it was a quick and good experience.
Communication skills to increase the growth of company and to reach the targetted goals.
To improve the subordinates skills and make them to perform better performances. Strives for the better position for where im started to reach the higher position as i can to reach.

I had 2 rounds of interview in Wipro US. It was smooth because I was an ex-employee. The 1st round was phone screen, I had to walk through all the HR work I did in previous division. Also, how I am keeping myself up to date during my career break.
