J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 5 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Workday (Dublin, Dublin) en mars 2016
Entretien
A recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn because of my OOP development background on various technologies. She asked me if I was open for relocation and learning a different programming language. "Why not?"
There was a 30-min talk on Skype about my background and why would I want to work abroad.
The next step consisted of a 2 hour tech interview. The tech interview was conducted online entirely and the requirement was. Design a object class diagram starting from a document (in my case, an Amazon receipt)
The next step required me to fly over to Dublin, stay there for 2 nights and take part in 3 interviews, one after another, same day. All the expenses were reimbursed by workday (plane tickets, hotel for 2 nights, transportation, main meals)
The interviewers were really friendly, open-minded. Two of them were technology oriented, although the most challenging task was to design on a whiteboard the most complex system I worked with. Otherwise there were mostly technology based discussions about my past experience and the Workday approach.
The last interview was team-work-oriented. Nothing too hard, just chatting about my previous experiences.
They made an offer later that day. I guess I fit in well.

I went through two rounds of interviews, and both rounds went genuinely well. The interviewers themselves were positive and even told me I would receive feedback soon. After that? Total silence.
The HR team simply ghosted me—no update, no feedback, not even a basic acknowledgment of my follow-up emails. For a company that expects candidates to prepare, coordinate availability, and invest hours into their process, their complete lack of courtesy is shocking.
If this is how they treat people during the interview stage, I can only imagine how poorly they must treat employees internally.
Unprofessional, disrespectful, and absolutely not worth the time or effort.
I regret wasting my time interviewing here, and I hope others avoid the same experience.

The recruiter gave a great overview of the company and role, and we discussed my background and expectations. It was good and went ok, but got a better job elsewhere. Would recommend

Really long and winded interview process. In the end I wasn't able to get the position because the team was full. There were 6 interviews in total:
1. HR Screening
2. Chat with Hiring Manager + Behavioral
3. UML Class Diagram Interview
4. XO Demo
5. Behavioral
6. Behavioral
