Phone Interview followed by a face to face series (same day) with various stakeholders who the role would interact with.The interviewing was competency based scenario questions and after the initial phone interview which was with the hiring manager, I met a panel of people who came in, in ones and twos and then the hiring manager joined via video conference. There was no HR screening during the process.

A extensive, challenging and very well thought out process. One can enjoy and see that one is to be challenged within workday. Several expert interviews will be done, 5 in this case.

Entretien
Process consisted of 4 virtual interviews. First two were 45 min, second two were 30 minutes. Recruiter gave competency areas expected for each interview. Second interview was scenario based, not experience based, which I wasn't told ahead of time. Gave time for me to ask questions at the end of each interview.

The process was well-coordinated and all of the interviewers were thoughtful in their questioning. It felt conversational in a good way (dialogue instead of grilling). They also left time for my questions and provided helpful answers.
